More than any of the informational video walkthroughs, and even the manual that came with this product, this short video delivered the most help. The first time we used the Margaritaville Concoction Maker, liquid kept leaking from the bottom of the "auger blade sealing ring." So, we were convinced we were missing an inner washer or ring to seal it at the bottom. After watching this video, we realized we hadn't properly seated the ice tray at the top. Once we did as this kind person instructed, the domino effect from top to bottom was everything running perfectly. So, thank you for taking the time to upload this video, the only one we found to be truly beneficial for this product.

I had the exact same problem! I eventually got mine going by taking everything apart and putting it back together. I guess in doing so I must have actually locked the ice bowl in, but I had no idea what had caused it or what I had done in reassembling it that fixed it, till now. Next time I will know what to do to make sure everything is in proper position. Thanks for the video!
